Kah Jin Gan brings a great deal of enthusiasm and diligence to his work. Having been a public relations professional for nine years, he is experienced and has a proven track record in the management of public relations and investor relations services for companies across different industries in Malaysia.
A quick and curious learner, Kah Jin deep dived into the digital era when he recognized the shift of consumer’s attention to digital platforms and has earnestly been assisting clients in this business conversion. The transition to digital media allows him to bridge the gap between traditional and digital media and better navigate strategies for clients to achieve their goals.
His scope of expertise spans from digital strategy, social media marketing, content creation, product launches, influencer management, initial public offerings and corporate outreach.
Kahjin holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication (Hons) Public Relations, University from Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia.

Swan’s resident yogi expert Jazzmin has over 8 years of experience in the PR and media world.
Her warm and bubbly personality is a breath of fresh air in the land of IPOs, yet her infectious energy is noticeable with every person she meets, ranging from the corporate to the sports and lifestyle field.
Jazz, as she’s known for, handles project management, media strategy, media relations and account support.
Stefani Wan is a communications professional with twenty two years of local and international experience covering a wide scope of industries. She possesses a diverse and varied skill set, employs passion and creativity in creating many successful campaigns for her clients.
Through her two decades of experience, she has worked with a variety of clients in Malaysia and North America including SMEs, private enterprises, public-listed companies, government entities and non-governmental not-for-profit organizations.
Her scope of expertise spans from crisis management, strategic communications, initial public offerings, corporate outreach, investor relations, product launches, public relations, branding exercises, media outreach and visits, charity events, destination features, profiling to digital media. She has worked with various media houses from 30 countries throughout Asia, Europe, Australia and the United States.
Stefani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications from Hawaii Pacific University, U.S.A.
Amida has a passion for writing, which brought her to PR. She graduated with a Masters in Media and Digital Communications from Regents University London and holds an honours degree in broadcasting and journalism from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia.
Her role in Swan includes liaising with media and influencers while preparing campaign strategies for PR and IR clients, copywriting, research, content strategy, and project support.
Amida has a background in marketing and retail, having been an executive with the HABIB Group, a Malaysian jeweller, and marketing assistant for Prettysuci, a halal beauty brand. She was also involved with KL Fashion Week while working at Astro H Live!, where she was also the assistant producer of ‘Bonda Bonding’. She has also interned for the Institute of Strategic and International Studies Malaysia, where she enhanced her writing and research skills.
Xinyi Ching
Executive
Fresh out of university as a graduate of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman with an honours degree in corporate communication,
Xinyi began her journey with Swan Consultancy as an intern. As she found her footing in the PR and media world, she quickly rose to the position of Account Executive, handling clients in various industries.
With her positive attitude and determined personality, Xinyi is the “new model” of corporate communications looking forward to adding colours in the blank page of her working life.
According to his Instagram page, William is all about the money – he has a keen interest in trading, especially foreign exchange, and the stock market. He also has a background in finance, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investment from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC). He holds a LCCI International Certificate, and he plays basketball so putting your faith in him will always be a ‘slam dunk’.
He was previously an intern at Follow Me, a social media platform that acts as a forum for the forex trading community. At Swan, William’s strength lies in media and investor relations, design, and project support.
